With over 15 years in the talent acquisition space; T.J. works with a broad range of clients from venture and start-up operations to Fortune 500 companies located throughout the United States, matching highly talented individuals with companies requiring their specialized needs. He brings his clients a commitment to identifying the best and the brightest candidates for their chosen field within the areas of DMPK and overall preclinical development as well as clinical pharmacology and clinical development.

Born and raised in Williamstown, Massachusetts, T.J. was educated at Ithaca College, in Ithaca New York. There he majored in Speech Communications with a minor in writing. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his to family and 2 very active Weimaraners, Luke and Bella.

Jennifer Young

Born and raised in Marietta, GA, Jennifer graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors in Sports Business.  She went on to work in the fashion industry in NYC before she decided to take an interest in recruiting in the Pharmaceutical Industry.  She quickly found a passion for her work, and for over 15 years, Jen has focused in Chemistry and Chemical Development and Manufacturing recruiting, and has successfully worked with clients ranging from start-ups to fortune-500 companies all over the country.  Jennifer is dedicated and committed to building strong long-term relationships with her clients and candidates.  She takes great pride in her work, and is truly passionate about what she does.

Jennifer currently resides in Charleston, SC with her husband and three children.  They enjoy boating, going to the beach, and staying active.  All three of her children play soccer, and she spends her free time coaching two travel soccer teams.

Frances Todd joined STEMSourcing in 2020.  Frances’ expertise is in Computational Chemistry and Computational Biology, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, GMP Compliance and External Manufacturing. She has built a significant network in these areas and strives to deliver a personal and professional service to her clients at all times.

Frances has recruited senior leaders for both large pharmaceutical companies and small biotech companies. With a keen understanding of the industry, she has the ability and tenacity to identify top talent quickly. Born and raised in London, England, Frances now lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband and four children and loves running, travelling, spending time with family and friends and photography.

Domenic’s entire career has been in talent acquisition and executive headhunting. He is recognized as an influencer, mentor, consultant and creative innovator in Human Capital Management and Executive Search.  With over twenty-five years of recruiting and search experience, Dom has worked with four of the largest global talent acquisition solutions providers during his career.  He was also instrumental in building a new division in preparation for a major talent acquisition/merger.

Dom is an expert in end-to-end full recruiting cycles for hard to fill corporate and senior executive positions which has resulted in hires, retention, additional assignments and outstanding client and candidate experiences.  His focus will be on identifying ‘best in class” candidates and resources with the right experience, culture fit and qualifications for clients in the Pharmaceuticals and Health Care Industry

In his spare time, Dom and his wife enjoy family, friends RVing, boating, downhill skiing, exercising, entertaining, and cooking. 

Cynthia Spear

Cynthia’s talent acquisition expertise was developed during her 13 years as a Human Resources leader with General Electric Energy and Aviation divisions in numerous roles.  Most recently she served as an Organization & Staffing leader where she was known for identifying, attracting, retaining & developing key talent for the talent pipeline.  Cynthia's career started with GE's Human Resources Leadership Program and quickly grew to leading strategic HR and business line initiatives for a 1.4B P&L supporting 800+ employees globally. During her tenure she assessed, coached, and mentored at all levels of the organization and performed numerous executive searches in order to position the business for growth. 

Cynthia is known for being a highly motivated and perceptive business partner that works to understand her client’s needs in order to exceed their expectations.  Cynthia has made multiple moves within the US and also spent over 8 years internationally in Singapore. She has a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a Business Minor from the University of South Carolina.  Cynthia loves to travel, play sports, and spend time with her family in Charleston, SC.
