He brings his clients a commitment to identifying the best and the brightest candidates for their chosen field within the areas of DMPK and overall preclinical development as well as clinical pharmacology and clinical development. Born and raised in Williamstown, Massachusetts, T.J. was educated at Ithaca College, in Ithaca New York. There he majored in Speech Communications with a minor in writing. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his to family and 2 very active Weimaraners, Luke and Bella. |

Born and raised in Marietta, GA, Jennifer graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors in Sports Business. She went on to work in the fashion industry in NYC before she decided to take an interest in recruiting in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She quickly found a passion for her work, and for over 15 years, Jen has focused in Chemistry and Chemical Development and Manufacturing recruiting, and has successfully worked with clients ranging from start-ups to fortune-500 companies all over the country. Jennifer is dedicated and committed to building strong long-term relationships with her clients and candidates. She takes great pride in her work, and is truly passionate about what she does. Jennifer currently resides in Charleston, SC with her husband and three children. They enjoy boating, going to the beach, and staying active. All three of her children play soccer, and she spends her free time coaching two travel soccer teams.

Erica was born and raised in Marietta, GA. She graduated from of the University of Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences with a minor in Biology in 2007. She began her career at her father’s optometry practice as his business partner and practice manager. After 14.5 years, she found an interest in recruiting in the pharmaceutical industry. Her background in hiring within her father’s optometry practice has given her a great foundation to serve the best interests of her clients and candidates. Erica currently resides in Smyrna, GA with her miniature schnauzer, Gus. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, playing tennis and training for endurance events with Team in Training while fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. |
